Customer Care Executive

Tech Mahindra is hiring experienced International Inbound Voice professionals for our Hyderabad location. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, primarily focused on billing-related queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle international inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Address billing-related queries using problem-solving methods and offer clear, concise explanations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, billing cycles, due dates, recurring charges, prorated charges, autopay, surcharges, and taxes.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering service with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Manage tough customer interactions with patience while ensuring timely resolution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
