Job Description

-Working with logistics department for timely processing and shipping of orders, to ensure least possible pendency in order shipping -Monitoring and mapping the entire process for all product returns and customer refunds -Responding to customer queries across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, social media) -Ensuring customer enquiries are promptly addressed and with minimum backlog -Working with merchandising team on any product related enquiries or other requirements -Preparation and submission of reports as and when needed -Assisting marketing team with any marketing / social media activations -Assisting merchandising team during photoshoots / events -Any other works assigned by the management from time to time Requirements: -Good verbal and written communications skills -MS Office proficiency -Tech friendly, and comfortable with usage of internet, laptop and social media -Proficiency in English and Hindi. Telugu or any other regional languages is an added bonus -Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload -Willingness to learn and be a part of a fun, young and growing organisation -Team player
