Customer Care Executive

About the Role:

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the voice of CareOff - supporting families and caregivers, resolving issues, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with families and caregivers.
• Assist customers with booking, app usage, account issues, and service clarifications.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Support new caregiver onboarding and help them navigate training/documentation steps.
• Follow defined SLAs for response and resolution times.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, training, verification).
• Ensure a positive and supportive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or support roles.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi).
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to handle escalations calmly.
