Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The role primarily involves identifying relevant Instagram influencers, reaching out to them for collaboration opportunities, and assisting with basic Shopify order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify suitable influencers on Instagram for brand collaborations.
• Initiate and manage communication with influencers via Instagram DMs or email.
• Maintain records of influencer outreach and responses.
• Coordinate collaborations and follow up with influencers when required.
• Assist in processing customer orders through our Shopify store.
• Perform basic administrative and operational tasks related to e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Basic computer operation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms.
• Ability to organize and manage simple data records.
• Willingness to learn (training will be provided).

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
• Interest in social media marketing or influencer marketing.
