Job Description
A Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, handling inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, or social media.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, billing, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure problems are fully resolved.
- Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction and response time.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-first attitude and empathy.
- QualificationsHigh school diploma or bachelor’s degree (varies by company).
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not always required.
