Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves managing customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer service inquiries and sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage a high volume of calls, including complaint resolution, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Generate sales leads from databases provided by the concerned department.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Achieve team sales targets and call-handling quotas in a target-oriented environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Demonstrate proven customer support experience or prior experience as a client service representative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate degree with 2–5 years of experience in customer care, preferably in sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technical knowledge for data updating and management.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in voice-based processes.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi; knowledge of multiple languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad for a work-from-office position are preferred.
