Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Executive (CCE) to manage customer interactions and drive service excellence. The role requires strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to handle high call volumes while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to customer service inquiries and leads.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Handle large volumes of calls, including complaint resolution, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate qualified sales leads from databases provided by the concerned department.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Achieve team sales targets and call-handling quotas in a target-oriented environment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
- Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
- Demonstrate proven customer support experience or prior experience as a client service representative.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate degree with 3–10 years of experience as a Customer Care Executive (CCE), preferably in Tamil voice process.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical knowledge for data updating and management.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in voice-based processes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Tamil & any other Local Language; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Expertise in customer care processes with preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
