Job Description
Responsible for onboarding users and vendors onto the Mobile Application platform and helping them understand, adopt, and subscribe to the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate users and vendors on the value of Our Mobile Application
- Assist with profile creation and subscription completion
- Drive on-ground and digital onboarding activities
- Build trust and explain benefits in simple, clear language
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and subscription targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (local language preferred)
- Field-ready, people-focused, and goal-oriented
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
- Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus
This role is about people, trust, and adoption — not hard selling.
