Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

A) Customer Interaction & Support

✔ Greet and assist clients visiting the office

✔ Provide project information (Eden Farms & others)

✔ Answer customer queries politely and confidently

✔ Schedule and coordinate site visits

✔ Follow-up with clients post-visit

✔ Maintain high professionalism and courtesy

✔ Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

✔ Customer service mindset

✔ Positive attitude & patience

✔ Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business)

✔ Ability to handle pressure professionally

incoming and outgoing calls, handle office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Provide support to HR and team as needed.
