We are currently hiring for Customer Relation Officer- Front Office

Experience: 1 Year Above

Salary: 14000-16000, Negotiable

Location: KOMPALLY, HYDERABAD.

Responsibilities:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation officer - Front Office, located in KOMPALLY. CRO will be responsible for managing front desk. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, providing them with information on treatments, and facilitating their journey from initial inquiry to treatment completion.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Appointment Scheduling

Handling Front Office

Organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage

Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related fields
