Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Serve as a primary contact, build strong client relationships, and manage a portfolio of customers. 
• Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone, email, or social media, providing prompt and professional responses. 
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and report insights to relevant teams to enhance experience. 
• Sales & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell, support loyalty programs, and drive customer retention. 
• Coordination: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer success. 
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in customer service, client-facing roles, or a related field. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and find solutions. 
• Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce) and data analysis. 
• Soft Skills: Empathy, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence. 
• Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
