• Key Responsibilities:Maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Legal teams
• Follow up on pending payments and documentation
• Update customer records in CRM or Excel
• Assist customers during agreement and registration process
• Support site visit coordination
• Collect customer feedback
• Requirements:Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred
• Graduation in any field
• 1–2 years experience in CRM or customer handling (preferred)
