Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company
- Handle customers inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Ensure timely follow ups and resolution of issues
- Coordinate with sales, operations and support teams
- Proactively engage customers to improve satisfaction and retention
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report insights
