Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Customer Relationship Management Executive representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing information about our services, and guiding them through their career path options. Day-to-day tasks include answering queries, maintaining call logs, and following up with potential leads. The role involves working closely with the training and marketing teams to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
• Minimum Intermediate Mandatory
