Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships in the transport department, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction. The role involves handling client queries, tracking consignments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer and shipment data in CRM systems.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding transport operations.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and vehicle movement; provide real-time updates to customers.
• Coordinate with fleet, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints related to delays, damages, or delivery issues.
• Ensure proper documentation (LR, POD, invoices, e-way bills, etc.).
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on deliveries, delays, and customer feedback.
• Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Support billing and payment follow-ups with customers.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Any graduate
• 0–4 years of experience in CRM, logistics, or transport operations.
• Knowledge of transport processes (dispatch, routing, fleet coordination).
• Familiarity with CRM or logistics software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
