🔑 Key Responsibilities & Deliverables as a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Client Engagement & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key business clients, building strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication (calls, emails, in-person meetings).
  • Customer Success: Ensure clients are maximizing the value of the Apna Jobs platform. Onboard new clients, conduct regular business reviews, and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique hiring needs.
  • Problem Resolution & Support: Swiftly and effectively manage and resolve complex client inquiries, escalations, and issues, coordinating with internal teams (Tech, Product, Sales) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Growth & Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by promoting additional Apna products/services, focusing on value addition and increasing the client's return on investment (ROI).
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain impeccably accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Utilize data to analyze client health and engagement trends.
  • âś… Essential Qualifications & SkillsTo be a successful candidate, you must bring a combination of proven experience and critical soft skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in a regional language (Telugu) is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills (Crucial for Success):
  • Strong Problem-Solving and analytical abilities.
  • High levels of Empathy and a genuine Customer-Centric mindset.
  • Excellent Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
