Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Job Type: Full-time
- Job Responsibilities:Handle customer document collection and verification
- Send required documents to customers via email
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or information
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office)
- Good communication skills
- Travel Required.
