Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Customer Relationship cum Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of managing client requirements, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and factory operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client queries, complaints, and operational challenges promptly.
- Coordinate between clients, operations, and factory teams for seamless service delivery.
- Conduct client visits and factory inspections as required to monitor quality and operations.
- Handle daily operations, track order progress, and ensure timely completion of services.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to client communication and operations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship or operations management (preferably in service industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and take quick decisions under challenging situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Must be willing to travel to client locations and factory when required.
