• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction

• Build long-term relationships with customers

• Manage and optimize CRM tools (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.)

• Ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and data hygiene

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behavior, and opportunities

• Generate reports on sales performance, customer retention, and campaign effectiveness

• Handle end-to-end customer journey (lead → conversion → retention → loyalty)

• Improve customer experience at every touchpoint

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams

• Align CRM activities with business goals

• Plan and execute email, SMS, and marketing campaigns

• Track campaign performance and ROI

• Design loyalty programs, feedback systems, and engagement initiatives

• Address customer concerns and improve satisfaction

• Identify gaps in CRM processes and implement improvements

• Automate workflows to increase efficiency

• Train team members on CRM usage and best practices
