Customer Relationship Manager

Manage customer relationships from booking stage to project handover.

Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding project updates and queries.

Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Site teams for smooth customer service.

Handle customer complaints, queries, and service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update customer database and records in CRM software.

Monitor customer payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-ups.

Provide regular project progress updates to clients.

Manage documentation such as agreements, allotment letters, and possession-related documents.

Coordinate site visits, possession process, and customer meetings.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Generate customer service reports and maintain records of interactions.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes.
