Job Description – CSR 

• Customer Service  
• Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards. 
• Cashiering & serving customer as per SOP 
• Upkeep and maintain hygiene in the store. 
• Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with customer.  
• Effective coordination and communication with colleagues 
• To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's. 
• Being an ambassador of the brand. 

Educational Qualifications:  

Preferably PUC /HSc/Graduate in any discipline. Hotel mgmt, diploma in Hotel mgmt would be added advantage. 

Key Skills required:  

Good communication skills and a pleasing and sporty personality.
