Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Operations Associate to support our Documents Team and Sales Team. This role is essential for managing client documentation, assisting with tax preparation workflows, and facilitating client onboarding and service sales. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and at ease in a fast-paced tax environment.

Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and organize client tax documents

Upload and manage files in CRM/document systems

Follow up with clients for missing documents

Assist the sales team with client onboarding and service explanation

Update leads and client details in CRM

Support smooth handoff between sales, documents, and tax teams

Requirements

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of tax documents (training provided)

Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
