Job Summary

An Inbound & Outbound Call Center Executive handles customer interactions over phone calls. They are responsible for answering incoming queries (inbound) and making outgoing calls (outbound) for sales, follow-ups, or customer engagement, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

📥 Inbound Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers professionally

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and call quality

📤 Outbound Responsibilities

Make calls to potential or existing customers

• Promote products, services, or offers
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, or previous interactions
• Conduct surveys or collect feedback
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
• Update customer databases with call outcomes
