Customer Service Executive

Niyo Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive – Field Operations who will be responsible for doorstep currency delivery and customer support. This is a 100% field-based role involving direct interaction with customers at their location.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver foreign currency to customers at their doorstep as per assigned schedule
• Verify customer identity and required documents at the time of delivery
• Provide basic support and information regarding Niyo services and products
• Ensure safe handling and secure delivery of currency
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, acknowledgments, and transactions
• Coordinate with the operations and support team for daily tasks and reporting
• Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and security protocols
• Resolve basic customer queries during field visits and escalate issues when required
• Eligibility & RequirementsMust be willing to work in a field-based role
• Mandatory to own a two-wheeler (bike)
• Valid Driving License (DL) is required
• CIBIL score must be above 700 (mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: [12th pass]
• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
• Honest, reliable, and responsible with handling cash/currency
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in field sales, delivery, banking, fintech, or customer support is an advantage
• Familiarity with local areas and routes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
