Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Store Executives)

Reports to: Store Manager


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fun City. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and create a positive experience for our players.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide excellent customer service to players, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

2. Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.

3. Familiarize yourself with games, rules, and promotions to offer suggestions and recommendations to players.

4. Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote a positive customer experience.

6. Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

7. Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash

5. Ability to stand for long periods and move around the gaming area

6. Familiarity with gaming industry regulations and policies (training provided)
