Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-lead customer journey, ensure high client satisfaction, and improve conversion and retention through structured follow-ups and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients after lead generation.
• Understand client requirements and guide them through suitable property options.
• Coordinate with sales, site-visit teams, and channel partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Schedule, track, and follow up on site visits and client interactions.
• Maintain accurate client data, feedback, and status updates in the CRM.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive repeat engagement, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
• Monitor customer journey metrics and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, relationship management, or real estate sales support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
• Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and basic tech platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow structured processes.
• Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
