Job Description

Role Overview


As our Brand executive, you will be the first human connection after a customer experiences our AI platform. You’ll work with end consumers to understand their preferences, explain the features of AI platform, and help them use the device , and convert interest into real business outcomes.




Key Responsibilities (Daily Activities):


·   Attend walk-in consumers to understand their interests.


·   Product & Experience Presentation: Explain AI Try-On concept in a simple, exciting way.


·   Explain how to input 'prompts' and followups. 


·   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM; track lead status from New → Interested → Follow-up → Converted.


.   Collaboration & Growth Support: Coordinate with sales & marketing teams; share consumer feedback.


·   Learning & Market Awareness: Stay updated on product features, competitive landscape; improve communication continuously.



Requirements:


·   Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.


·   Basic technical aptitude to understand product functionality and explain it clearly.


·   Proficient with computers, internet tools, email, and productivity software (MS Office / Google Workspace).


·   Eager to learn, adaptable, and quick to grasp organizational processes and sales techniques.


·   Professional, approachable demeanor with a smiling and presentable appearance (important for consumer-facing interactions).


·   Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications preferred (not mandatory).
