Customer Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling inbound calls.
- Experience in handling CRM tools, ticketing tools.
- Semi voice/ voice process and chat support experience is added advantage
- Languages English & Hindi are mandatory. additional to that Tamil/ Kannada/ Malayalam/ Telugu any two are mandatory.
- Customer handling experience is mandatory.
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Working days: 5 days a week
