Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as
Domestic Voice Process Associates. This role involves handling inbound
and/or outbound customer interactions within a domestic business environment.
- Handling customer queries, concerns, and requests over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate information and resolutions to customers based on process guidelines.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Documenting all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Basic English and Hindi is must and should
Adhering to call center metrics, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
