Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
• Required Skills:Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in an Hindi, Urdu, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Eligibility:

• Minimum: Intermediate / Any Graduation
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
