Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Banking Process)

Location -- Pranava One Building,Beside Erramanjil Metro station, Hyderabad

Process -- Banking

Interview Mode -- Face to Face

Shift Timing -- General Day Shift / 5 Days Working

ONLY FACE TO FACE Interview in Office.

Salary -- Rs. 17K-21K Per Month + Benefits

Qualification -- Should have Graduation Degree and 6 Months of BPO Experience.

Job Responsibility:

·  Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution.

. Should have good English and Hindi Communication.

. Resolve the Customer queries over call

.. Should have some knowledge or Experience about BPO.

·  Able to Handle the Customers Complaints in a Professional Manner and having good presence of mind.

Job Description--

 Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with

Hindi.

. Able to answer customer queries promptly in a professional way.
