Location -- Pranava One Building, Beside Erramanjil Metro station, Punjagutta Rd, Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Process -- Banking (Voice Support)

ONLY FACE TO FACE Interview in Office.

Salary -- Rs. 17000-21000 Per Month + Benefits

Qualification -- Any Graduate Can Apply

Job Responsibility:

·  Handling basic customer queries related to Banking Process and providing customer resolution.

. Having good English Communication.

·  Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

·  Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers.

Job Description:

 Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with

Hindi.

 Exceptional phone manner.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Log in hours (Total hours 10:30:00 hrs. & Production hours – 9:30:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering

to the break schedules & being punctual.

 Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females

 Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates

 Educational mandate: any Graduate can apply.

 Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
