Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, chat, or social media. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
Take customer orders, process them accurately, and track order status until delivery.
Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions or escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services.
Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Prior experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
