Customer Support Executive

We are actively hiring for Customer Support Associates for both Fresher and Experienced to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting issues, providing accurate information, and resolving customer complaints effectively on the first contact whenever possible.

Working days: 6

week off: 1

Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English (Mandatory). Kannada, Bengali, Tamil will be a plus.

Location: Raniganj & Hitech city based on your communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Must be a Graduate (completed their degree) in any discipline, intermediate(10+2) can apply too.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi

Freshers: ₹18,000 per month (Cost to Company) + 2k Travel allowance.

Experienced: Salary will be competitive and determined based on your previous CTC and relevant experience.

Incentives: We provide performance based incentives, you can earn up to 5k per month.
