About myPaisaa:
myPaisaa is a leading financial services platform dedicated to helping individuals
achieve their financial goals through innovative products and exceptional customer
service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team
as D2C Sales Executives.
Job Summary:
As a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting
new leads and following up with interested customers. Your primary goal will be to drive
sales growth by promoting myPaisaa's products and services to potential clients. This
role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a
passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in
myPaisaa's products, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.
Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure a smooth sales
process and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with myPaisaa's product offerings, services, and
industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the
company.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and
outcomes using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Experience: Fresher or minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in D2C or
financial services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is
preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities,
and a customer-focused attitude.
Language: English, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada would be an added advantage
