Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls from customers regarding orders, exchanges, delivery updates, and product queries related to our e-commerce platform. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries related to orders, products, delivery status, and exchanges.
• Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and order tracking.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Telugu preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM or support systems.
• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain professionalism.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Intermediate / Diploma
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Work Timings

10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (As per company schedule)
