Job Description
CityHuntz is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle US-based customers through voice and chat support. Candidates should have fluent English communication skills, be comfortable working in rotational shifts, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via US voice calls and chat support
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and quality standards
Eligibility & Requirements:
Fluent English communication (US-based customers)
Ability to handle both voice and chat support
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Good typing and computer skills
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Prior experience in US customer support is an advantage
