Customer Support Executive

About Us:

Sunshine by Lissun is a leading mental health and wellness initiative by Lissun, dedicated to supporting parents, children, and families through psychological care, therapy, and expert guidance. We collaborate with schools, hospitals, and professionals to make mental wellness accessible and stigma-free.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents and clients to explain our services and offerings.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely coordination for consultations and sessions.
• Maintain client data and update daily reports.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
• Work closely with the counseling and operations team to ensure smooth client experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer support preferred.
• Good computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
