Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via calls, chats, or emails
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
• Record and track customer issues using basic software tools
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Basic typing skills and familiarity with common software/tools
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
• Must have a personal laptop
