Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Banking Process)

Location -- Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Process -- Banking Voice Support

ONLY FACE TO FACE Interview in Office.

Salary -- Rs. 17K-21K Per Month + Benefits

Qualification -- Should have Graduation Degree

Job Responsibility:

·  Handling basic customer queries related to Banking Process and providing customer resolution.

. Should have good English and Hindi Communication.

. Resolve the Customer queries

·  Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

·  Providing support to Domestic Bank customers.

Job Description--

 Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with

Hindi.

Ready to learn.

 5 days working with 2 days rotational weekly off
