Salary & Shift Details

Salary:

Freshers – ₹14,000 per month

Experienced – ₹16,000 per month

Shifts: Rotational shifts (24x7)

Week Off: Rotational

Benefits: Cab facility is available only for night-shift employees within a 15 km radius from the Kukatpally location.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & experienced both can ap

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for Swiggy support.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, and complaints.

Provide accurate and timely information with professional communication.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Walkin Interview Timing : 10am to 2pm
