We are actively hiring Customer Support Associates for both Fresher and Experienced roles to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting issues, providing accurate information, and resolving customer complaints effectively on the first contact whenever possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Must be a Graduate (completed their degree) in any discipline.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

For Freshers: ₹18,000 per month (Cost to Company).

For Experienced Candidates: Salary will be competitive and determined based on your current CTC and relevant experience.
