Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally. The role requires strong communication skills in English with Hindi and/or Telugu, excellent phone etiquette, and adherence to operational schedules.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally with clear and effective communication
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries as per process guidelines
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and customer-handling skills
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adhere strictly to login hours, break schedules, and punctuality requirements
  • Ensure completion of 10.5 login hours, including 9.5 production hours
  • Stay updated with process knowledge, daily briefs, and operational updates
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

 

Shift Details

  • Shift Window: 24/7
  • Male Employees: Rotational shifts (24/7)
  • Female Employees: Rotational day shifts
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational days (post training)

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience:
  • Fresher: Eligible
  • Experienced: Minimum 1 year of voice process experience preferred
  • Language Skills:
  • English + Hindi mandatory
  • Telugu is an added advantage
