Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Assist in creating data visualizations to support business presentations.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of information.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Support automation of routine reporting tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Understanding of Python (optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau is an added advantage.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
