Data Analyst

Bharat Soft Grid is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
• Work with databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
• Assist in creating predictive models and analytical solutions to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver analytical support.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain documentation for data processes, reports, and analytics workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Basic understanding of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis are welcome to apply.
