Job Title: Data Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business insights
• Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to management and business teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
• Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting and performance evaluation
• Automate data extraction and reporting processes where applicable
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings for future reference

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based databases
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting frameworks
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive analytics
