Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Invoice Processing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle invoice-related data entries accurately and efficiently. The role involves entering, verifying, and maintaining billing and invoice records in the system while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase and sales invoice details into the system accurately.
• Verify invoice data such as amounts, GST details, dates, and vendor/customer information.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices.
• Cross-check entries with supporting documents to avoid errors.
• Assist the accounts team with data updates and report preparation.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and resolve discrepancies when identified.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar).
• Good typing speed and high accuracy level.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in invoice data entry will be an advantage.
