Data Entry Operator

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately enter and digitize information from scanned reports into our systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Enter data from scanned documents, reports, and images into digital formats with high accuracy. Review and verify entered data to ensure correctness and completeness. Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in scanned reports. Ensure confidentiality and security of all patient or organizational data. Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets. Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, typing, or back-office operations preferred. Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30–40 WPM). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or data entry software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency. Good communication skills (basic reading and understanding of English). Preferred Qualifications Experience working with scanned documents, medical reports, or OCR tools.
