Job Profile  Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.  Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry.  Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.  Any Graduate  1-2 years’ experience in good keyboard Skills and highly accurate entry skills with excel .  Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.  Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.  Good Working Knowledge of MS Office ie Word, Excel, PPT.  Should be a good team player  Eye to Detail & Always Ready to Accept Challenges with positive and open attitude  He/ she should remain calm, objective and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations.  Maintain effective performance under pressure. Stays positive.  Ability to handle high work volumes and multi-tasking, good grasping power.  Flexible in handling other operational entries/functions.  Good Logical & Analytical skills  Excellent written and verbal Communication & generally accepted Email Etiquettes  The candidate must be willing to work in Shifts / Weekends.
