Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined fresher to handle day-to-day data entry and basic accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in accounts and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily transactions into accounting software
• Maintain and update financial records accurately
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and vouchers
• Record and track expenses and payments
• Assist in maintaining purchase and sales records
• Organize bills, receipts, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal team for data collection
• Ensure proper filing and documentation (digital & physical)
• Support senior accounts team when required 

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / BBA / Any Commerce-related degree (preferred)
• Freshers only (0–1 year experience)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic communication skills (English + local language)
• Willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software
• Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and bookkeeping

Salary₹
